Find, in one place, all properties listed by Portugal's leading banks. Imobancos aggregates sale and rental listings from bank-owned property portfolios and makes them available in a simple, free and daily-updated way.
Our mission
Make searching for bank-owned properties transparent, accessible and centralised. Instead of visiting each bank's website individually, you find all listings organised here by price, location and type — with filters, map and side-by-side comparison.
How it works
Search. Filter by district, county, parish, property type, price and area. Use the map view to explore geographically.
Compare. Add properties to favourites or comparison to see them side by side. View similar properties on the detail page.
Contact the advertiser. Each property shows the original source (bank or broker) and the direct link. Use the form on the property page to send your enquiry.
Banks and sources we aggregate
We update data daily from official sources. Each listing keeps the reference and link to the original website. Atualmente agregamos imóveis das seguintes instituições: Crédito Agrícola, Montepio, Caixa Imobiliário, Millennium BCP, Santander.
What we are NOT
To leave no doubts:
- We are not real estate brokers — we hold no AMI licence and we do not sell properties.
- We are not owners — the properties belong to the banks, funds or brokers who advertise them.
- We do not intervene in transactions — we only show what is publicly available.
- We charge no commission, neither to users nor to advertisers, for including listings.
About the project
