What are the criteria?

The properties to be listed must meet both of the following conditions:

• Facilitated bank financing — up to 100% of the appraisal value, special rates, grace periods, waiver of opening fees or appraisal, or other credit terms more favourable than market.
• Owners must be banks, real estate funds, credit recovery companies or other similar financial institutions.
